I like it a lot. The models' faces are beautifully done, but I feel like they distract from the jewellery, which should stand out more (in my opinion of course). If those were stand alone portraits, it'd be fine. But since it's an advertising banner, I'd cut off the upper part of the faces (basically all the way to the lower part of the nose, or maybe just stop shorty above the lips) and put the focus more on the products, which would also show more details of those wonderful little things you create.
Would be a challenge though in the first picture, where three pieces are shown as a set. But that's also the only image that made me look at the necklace and the wrist watch first before going to the model's face. Might be because of the cool silver/black/red colour palette, with silver being exclusively used on the jewellery (except for that tiny bit on the lips), they effortlessly stand out without pushing it. Yeah, the first picture is pretty much perfect just the way it is.
